ADC = Attack Damage Carries, thats what Tryndamere is so i have no idea why lauging about it.
You can search it up on google/lol wiki or something.

The ADC on the team is the RANGED champion who is usually the most squishy who sits in the back and does the most damage.

You should try AD Lulu, she can actually carry pretty well.
