I'm a skateboarder and good wheels are made from Urethane, not plastic. Decks are typically made from Canadian Maple also not plastic. Except hipster cruisers, like Penny Skateboards.
I would guess that the whole setup, brand new, only cost about $20. and you should throw it in the bin.

I only just realised what kind of Skateboard you meant. It's a cruiser deck, but unfortunately is probably still not worth a lot and would be more of a collectors item. The trucks look terrible and the wheels still suck. Urethane wheels started becoming popular in the early 1970's. Which suggests that if it was a decent setup at the time, it wouldn't have plastic wheels.

To all the members who know nothing about skateboarding, just don't post things you don't know
As so far mentioned, any sort of plastic board will not be a skateboard but more of a cruiser board
Considering that it is a cruiser board, most of them will come as a bundle so all the board, trucks, wheels etc with be all the same brand
And if you say it's smaller than a penny board then that is probably worth nothing unless its some special Hawaiian board
Just buy a skateboard, they're much better

Must be a beginner/wal-mart board even though usually its indoor/outdoor wood.
