IMO I think it's a solid build. But I've only just started getting into computer stuff. So there might be some thing to improve on.
If you have the money, I'd upgrade your Graphics. I believe the 7770 is still a good card for performance, but it's old and outdated. I'd go with something like a 7870+
For a thousand, I say you did yourself a fair build!

I wouldn't spend the money on the components you linked to, with a bit of shopping around you can get a more powerful system for less.
Components? But my total on Newegg is $892 but ill look for cheaper. I wanted that new AMD 4.1 GHZ though.

The FX8320 and A10-6800k both use AMD's Piledriver architecture so you're essentially saving money going for the FX CPU. An APU means there is a GPU on die so depending on how well the integrated one works, you might not even need the 7770 as it might perform better.

Pretty solid build. If I were you I would not get that DVD burner. I have the same one and it is SUPER loud when a CD is in it. Might be just mine but I am not sure, just a heads up.
