when i play call of dutyon it i have a slight late reaction when turning, and walking. i have good connection and a hdmi cord. Any suggesstions?

It's probably the Xbox... Not the television.

What kind of T.V do you have cause some T.V's have game mode and you'll have to turn it on everytime you play

It's not the xbox, It's probably your TV has a low Hz response time, usually it's by milliseconds but for you (if it's the way you explain it) It's pretty bad. Maybe it's the HDMI cable? Try getting a different brand, I doubt it's the xbox, you could try to bring down the resolution see if that helps and switch the input slots, so if the HDMI is plugged in on SLOT 1 change it to SLOT 2.

Must have a low Hurtz of Recovery.

The best I am pretty sure is 600Hz

You possibly have a 60Hz.

Note: It is the TV, not the Xbox or the cord.
