So, my question is, if I license transfer a dlc from an account, can someone else get that dlc/licenses from my account? For instance. Account2 license transfers vengeance from account1. Can account3 then license transfer account2 & get vengeance? Thanks for your help!

you can only linces transfer every 3 months then you can do it with who ever you want.

No, only one person has the license to the game, and has it in their download history.

Account 2 can license transfer from account 1, but account 3 can't license transfer from account 2.

No, the original owner has to give out HIS transfer.
For instance, Player 1 owns the DLC.

Player 1 gives DLC to Player 2

Player 2 can not give Player 3 the DLC.

Player 1 would have to give the DLC to Player 3

You can only license transfer every 3-4 months.

Nope the Dlc just downloads to your console so your friend wont be able to license transfer from you

ok, but now after the 3 months. Can account 3 license transfer from account 2 or will that remove the license transfer from account 1 giving it to account 3?
