Yes.

Have all four players stand at the 4 levers.
Pull them in a random order, for example you could pull...

Red, Blue, Green, Yellow

All four players must look at their lever for about 2-3 seconds to see if it sparks.

Let's say if BLUE sparks that means blue is definitely SECOND. But if the other three don't that means you will have to jump into the fountain and go back to the levers.

However, now you know blue is second so just try do something like...

Yellow, BLUE, Red, Green

Then one of the other colours may spark, for example: BLUE AND RED will spark.

This means that the code will be...

GREEN, BLUE, RED, YELLOW

If none of them spark you must try a different order where all levers are pulled differently.

The last one sparks then you do all the combinations that have the colour at the end so say the red one sparked it would mean that you would have to try

What if yellow is pulled first but sparked after all 4 are pulled

That means yellow is definatlty FIRST
