Your K/D is 79 so try to get 100 K/D. Heres what I did to get skull and knife I just got it like 20 minutes ago but anyway play like 3 solo games 30+ rounds then go in a online game and get to about 20+ with 4 people the maps I did solo was Die Rise and 4 people was Tranzit! Hope I helped
