Hey guys, is anybody else having a problem with pre-ordering the Xbox One from the dashboard? Every time I click "Confirm Purchase" I get an error and a status code which I have searched up on the Xbox support page and it can't find the status code.

I'm really looking forward to getting this console first day and from the dashboard.

There was that XBone achievement exploit, where you could get the achievement without actually buying the console. But I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Try contacting MS, if you are really hurt to pre-order on the 360, it may be that service is down.

go to your local game shop and do it
