The champion himself looks pretty dull, I agree, but his potential is great someone is streaming gameplay of him on the PBE, and his ult and q look great.

Yeah the first thing I noticed was he looks to be lacking a lot of detail.

He looks as if he's going to have a huge difficulty curve so he won't necessarily be OP, you'll need a fair level of skill to do well as him.
