You needed to register your UDID or be an apple developer before upgrading to iOS 7 . I think your device is bricked until the official release of iOS 7

If on an apple computer, just hold the OPTIONS button and click Check for Update then carry on.

It's now brick and how to fix it is to restore it back to iOS 6.1.3 or iPhone 5 iOS 6.1.4 because you can not get iOS 7 beta 3 with out a UDID being registered hope this helps you out bro.

It a east fix, but remember DO NOT UPDATE TO THE NEXT IOS BETA ON YOUR DEVICE! You must manually download the ios 7 ipsw because itunes bypasses the activation check.

You're information is false,
You do NOT need an UDID to get Beta 3.
All you do is Hold shift and click on "Click to update",
don't click on Restore otherwise you will need to go back to iOS 6.1.3 and try again or you will have to wait for the official release of iOS 7.
