AV Cables?
Powerbrick?
RGH Install?
Dual NAND Install (RGH Install INCLUDED)?
REFLOW Using PRO SCOTLE HR-460 BGA STATION ?
REBALL Using PRO SCOTLE HR-460 BGA STATION ?
NAND ReFlash?
HDMI Cable?
Custom ROL?
20GB HDD?
60GB HDD?
120GB HDD?
250GB HDD?

Keep in mind I am just looking to host Call Of Duty lobbies offline mostly. Also wouldnt mind downloading a feel free arcade games?
My guess is I need:

AV Cables - Yes
Powerbrick Yes
RGH Install - No RGH and Jtag are two different hacks.
Dual NAND Install (RGH Install INCLUDED) - No. If you want dual nand installed you need a RGH
REFLOW Using PRO SCOTLE HR-460 BGA STATION - Not necessary
REBALL Using PRO SCOTLE HR-460 BGA STATION - Not necessary
NAND ReFlash - Unless there's some reason to, no.
HDMI Cable - This or AV cables
Custom ROL - I wouldn't but it's your choice
20GB HDD
60GB HDD - I'd recommend 60GB or 120GB HDD if you plan putting a lot of games on.
120GB HDD
250GB HDD
