I suggest getting an HP laptop, they're very good for games like Minecraft, Terraria, etc, but not so much other high FPS games like DayZ.

I have a HP 15" Laptop. It costs roughly around $500 though. There aren't very many 'good' computers out there for the price you're looking for.

Look for a sub $300 laptop deal on there. Otherwise, it's going to be hard for you to get what you want for less than 300 dollars. Add about $150 more, and you could probably get a decent laptop.
