I see where your coming from but i dont think it will happen this time around.

The PS4s price is much better and the Hardware ect... is also better. The Xbox One has some cool features but then again so does the PS4.

All i can see is both consoles selling very well but with the PS4 coming out on top after 3 months of sales.

If your friends decided to jump off a cliff, would you join them? Just get what you are more comfortable with and prefer. I have lots of friends on PS3. I moved to PS3 at one point, but I went back to xbox, because I prefer it.

I see a bunch of people that switched from Xbox to PS having regrets, this also works both ways.

Your friends are just on the PS4 bandwagon. Go with what you want.

I'm getting tired of people saying it's just a bandwagon, the majority of people I talk to who are switching are very well informed and all recognize the 360 as being better than the ps3. A majority of people switching has nothing to do with being on a "bandwagon" it has to do with actually doing research and seeing which console fills the needs of the that gamer specifically. That's why I plan on buying the the next-gen gaming console over the next-gen entertainment console... Believe me a lot of people have done extensive research before deciding to switch over, including me...

PS Plus is alot better than Xbox Live. Since it started they have given subscribers over $1000 worth of content at what $50? (UK is like 35 GBP)

Xbox Live GOLD have only just started the free games and the games have been less than good so far.
