i cant get it to work every time i did it it said the 12 month and 1 month i click udgrade later and that's it please help?

i hope it works for me because it hasn't said that yet unless it says that when you click the " Confim Purchase" button

I have about 6 - 7 live accounts I made on my xbox 360.
