Starting a serious competitive team. Focusing on getting high in masters on league

-Need serious players
-Must have a good mic (No Echo ETC)
-Must know call outs and rotations

No offence but your K/D is 1.08 with 5k kills and a 48% W/L so why would anyone start one with you.
