Just seen it on the news thought it was a piss take, because its been having faults for months now. they only brung the plane back into service 2 days ago. Yet again its on fire like the other time it went up in the air and there was a battery problem,

Noting this, I was ment to fly on the 787 dreamliner to florida in 3 days.

Quick edit. - Another thomson airline (The airline company im flying with) Has had to turn back and land again back at manchester after taking off from manchester for having techincal faults, No idea if its the battery again..

Seems like no holiday for you, unless you go on a different. You might of if you booked for a holiday to go away for a week or so.

You will probably be put on another flight, maybe a few hours earlier or later.

Suprised they keep getting faults, they are the newest passenger aircraft on the market so you would think they would be very reliable.

Yeah i saw this earlier aswell, pretty shocking that the Dreamliner keeps having so many faults with it. Lucky no one was on board the plane at the time.

If I am correct, isn't the Boeing 787 Dreamliner the newest of Boeings fleet? Imagine that they have had a successful run from the 727-747. I used to love flying models of them. They were fun!
