Can anyone explain the behaviors that led to the suspension?
This e-mail message was sent to you to notify you that your Xbox LIVE account privileges have been permanently suspended due to inappropriate gameplay and / or an abuse of the system. These actions have been serious, repeated and / or excessive.
The behavior that led to the suspension may include, for example:
Exploitation of bugs or technical problems the game
Interference Network
Inappropriate use of player feedback
Inappropriate use of complaints
Tampering console

So, in order Glitching, possibly Lag switching or booting kids offline, falsely reporting someone with player feedback, using the complaint button for everyone and modding lol

Inappropriate use of feedback = Giving negative feedback constantly without reason.
Inappropriate use of complaints = filing complains on people who did nothing wrong.
Tampering console/Exploitation of bugs or technical problems of the game = Cheating.

I'm not sure what the first two mean, as for the last three, you didn't just file a crap load of complains on random people that you hated right? Or message your friends and tell them to do it too?
I'm guessing the Ban could have to do with the Modded Lobby topic that you posted a while back.

Im not the Original Poster, But I use the complaint system pretty regularly now a days. Call be a b*tch, i use to be all for modded controllers, but now, all i do is file complaint for cheating. and go on with my dad, if microsoft does anything, good for them, if not, oh well.

Basically, modifying XBox Software and Hardware, glitching, DDOS'ing someone, Getting you and your friends to spam someone with Complaints or bad rep.
Any of these things have been big enough to threaten members of the community, or repeated multiple times.
If you were involved in any of that, GG Xbox, you deserved the ban. If you weren't, you can always go on to the Xbox forums, and find out exactly what you were banned for, and appeal it.

Inappropriate use of complaints/player feedback: You probably report other players many times for no real reason.
Tampering console: Where you trying to modify your account or the console in anyway?

if anything it is the opposite, a group of people have insulted me and have claimed, I received a lot of messages with insults .
