Well you still banned. You have have got revenge on them but microsoft is still gonna ban your account. Just report them if they have done any thing wrong, and if you havent then there shouldnt be a problem.

Inappropriate use of feedback = Giving negative feedback constantly without reason.
Inappropriate use of complaints = filing complains on people who did nothing wrong.
Tampering console/Exploitation of bugs or technical problems of the game = Cheating.

Looking at recent posts on your profile, your account would have received the suspension due to System Tampering or glitching in-game parameters. (In other words you Cheated.) I saw one of the posts that had the video about the raygun modded lobby or something like that. If you recorded the video or the video was recorded by someone who had your gamertag in the video somewhere you were busted and banned for it.

Your account will remain suspended, you did something to get banned for one of those reasons. You got banned because the Xbox Enforcement Team had the proper evidence to give your account a suspension.
