i got neighbor hood last night because i wanted to use those mw3 menus i put my jtags ip in and it worked i dragged all those files i needed to the root of the hard drive then accidently exited of neighborhood and now when i put in my ip it says (insert ip here) is not available

Make sure that the ethernet cable is connected to the router. That might be why.
