It's basically based on the quality of the glitch and if someone feels the need to comment.

Once a couple comments come in that are not yours it seems to get the ball rolling.

To get out all you have to do is crouch. I found that out the hard way...

yeah sometimes you can't get put, but most of the time all you have to do is crouch
