Do you just require the components themselves or any software to go with that too?

Here's what I came up with

CPU: i5-4660k: $239.99
MOBO: MSI-Z87-G41: $99.99
RAM: 8GB Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz: $74.99
HDD: Western Digital Blue 1tb 7200rpm: $56.99
PSU: Roswell Hive 650w modular 80+ bronze: $69.99
CPU Cooler: Corsair H50 liquid cooler: $59.99
GPU: GTX 760 EVGA ACX: $254.99
Case: Rosewill Challenger Mid tower case: $49.99
Asus DVD Burner: $19.99

Total: $926.91, if you put the parts into pcpartpicker it will be cheaper.

You're getting a pretty good card and CPU, you should be able to reach 4.0ghz easily with this CPU and cooler. The 8gb of ram is more than enough for any current game.

Average FPS for BF3 Ultra will be around 55, Minecraft and Cod obviously higher around 70-80

Here's an AMD build in case you wanted to choice between the two brands. I did max the budget which really isnt necessary, just so i could throw in an SSD. I think this is the most balanced build here, although it is optimised for overclocking hence the cooler and the higher end motherboard. If you wanted something just to game on then i could reduce the cost of the build.

With an SSD (better all round performance):

Without SSD (better gaming performance, slower bootup times and application performance):
