Oh and In my opinion you will not get banned if you are just hosting stuff in system link. Just make sure that you don't recover too many accounts on your retail or Microsoft will catch on.

You will be banned eventually. It just takes time.

Ban chances for those games are never to high unlikely. I hosted MW2 and COD 4 and WAW and the only reason I got banned was because of Marketplace Theft (different story for some other time). Normally though Microsoft will have 3 profiles banned on your Xbox 360 before a console ban depending on the ban reason.
