he clearly states that it was 4312 so unless you don't know your formations it's pretty obvious, you know what he meant or you wouldn't be correcting him

but finally i wouldn't say so mate, the defense is full of players with high attacking workrates which will cause a lot of problems when people counter with lobbed through balls and pace

get pepe instead of pique and that should help out having at least 1 player who will not push forward

and play messi at CF, i haven't used him yet on this fifa but on the last one he was a horrible ST and i have seen reviews saying he is awful at ST and amazing at CF.

also get ozil instead of fabregas so you have a player which has some pace as the 3 you have are all very slow and you need at least one midfielder with 70+ pace and at the moment you don't

finally if casillas doesn't work try TOTS Courtois, he's around the same price i think and he's very tall, i've had him myself in a few hybrids and he was quality (excusing the odd mistake which happens with every keeper in my experience)

4312 doesn't have those positions in order for it to be 7

So much better for only about 50k more.
