I can give my opinion on terraria. It was fun for a little while, but in all reality, it's a cheaper form of a 2d side scrolling minecraft. If you're up for it, go on and get it. You'd better have some friends who play it too though, because it can get a little boring by yourself.

As for cods 4 and 5, they should go down in the next few days. I remember from 2012, it took a little while to get to them, but when it was time people jumped right on it.

I cant really tell you about the games on your list. But as for the CoD's they will go down in price more, definitely. I am also getting CoD5 and CoD4. Custom zombies and Pro Mod can't wait.

Dead Light: It is an awesome game, it's controller compatible (if you like it that way) it's platform, and it has zombies.
Dark Souls: Amazing game, also very scary. I wish I could afford it
Tomb Raider: Awesome game, it's more of Farcry style and saving your friends rather than raiding tombs. The multiplayer is pretty fun too.
Terraria: Pretty fun platform game, you can spend a little time on it for a while.
