How do i sync my xbox controoler to my pc so i can use ot fpr fifa

there should be a button on the top of your controller and there should be a button on your xbox so hold them both at the same time and they should sync

You need to buy a wireless adapter for pc if you want to use your wireless controller or it won't work.Wired controllers are plug and play though so if you have one use that instead.
