If someone capitalizes every letter in a sentence, that's how it will be read, which is quite annoying.

Umm yes, people do.

And anyone who types like that is wrong anyway. The only logical explanation would be that they forgot punctuation after each word so it should look like this.

"I. Actually. Read. Sentences. Better. When. The. First. Letter. Of. Every. Word. Is. Capitalized. I. Hope. I. Irritated. You. Because. It's. The. Internet. And. Nobody. Gives. Two. F*cks. About. Grammar."

Yeah there really is no point to doing so.

I guess they think it looks "cool".

I feel that it is just as bad as not capitalizing at all, it's just incorrect. It pisses me off, and people get mad when you correct them.

I hate how incorrect it is.
All Of These Words Are The Start Of A New Sentence Because All Of Them Are Capitalized.

I do this for titles ONLY. They stand out and look better that way.
