Ok... So if your laptop can barely run minecraft you are going to need a better laptop, I reccomend Building one it will cost half the price

On startup if you spam press F8, there might be a "repair" setting you can go to, that will have the factory reset, or you can type in dell restore maybe? I'm not sure and do it from there.

A few ways to speed up your computer which works is,

Download RKill let it run and fix
Rogue Killer scan then press delete to fix
ADWCleaner > Cleans out adware
JRT > Junk Removal Tool, removes junk
Malware bytes scan,
CCLeaner scan/registry scan

Running those helps a bit, and if you have a infected system you can run "combofix" All free programs and work amazingly.

my laptop came with an extra internal extra hard drive with a recovery file but mine is an HP laptop i'm not sure about dell.
