I just downloaded a 100% completed gamesave from modio and i was wondering if there was any method of unlocking the perfectionist achievement from such save.

sometimes it will work with some games. most of the time you have to download a gamesave that has 99% complete to get the perfectionist achievement

I know for sure you can get it from using modding tool such as Horizon.

yes you can if you get a save form modio they have a few i think EDIT : you have to do something thats in the achievement ex it says get haff a mil kill some on take there money and you the achievement
