When I try to download a game on steam I get an unknown error, I sent a ticket to steam but no reply. Also when I try to watch a youtube video it plays for a second then goes to the beginning and and says error. Anyone know what I can do?

isn't that summats to do with adobe?...ie update flash/shockwave or whatever its called?

I just reinstalled flash and I still have the problem.
