you can see your email on the xbox dashboard it displays your email every few seconds where you gamertag is (Top right hand corner) by default, if you have changed it i think you can view it in account details.

Did you set your phone number on your xbox.com account? If so, you can use it as a recovery. You will get a simple SMS message with a security code, and from there you can reset your email/password.

I can't sign in cause I forgot my password but I don't know my email to reset it, so I was wandering about modding programs that show your email or something

If you call Microsoft and explain the situation to them, they should be able to tell you your password, as long as you can prove that the account is yours (worked for me)
Other than that, I don't really think that there is a way.

You could try to call microsoft. But if you dont know any safety questions. I dont know.

You dont need to use a mod to figure out your email it will show at the top right when your at the dashboard every few seconds.
