So I'm currently in a bit of a dilemma I get 80 a month so its long to save and I'm nearly finished with my build all that's left is a better hard drive and graphics card. Now i have 90 pound at the moment and can buy the hard drive now

Its a question only you can answer. It won't make a difference to the parts, they'll keep while they are stored safely. if you think one of the items price will rise significantly that would be justification to buy it now.

The problem is the steam sale is on if I buy the hard drive I can buy games now and wait until I get the card to play them but I'm just desperate to get a graphics card to whack out some amazing quality on the games I have right now.

I did look at the offer from aria but I don't know if it will be available next month otherwise I would jump on it.

So you don't have enough HDD space to put the games on now? You could just buy the games now as gifts, then use the gift codes when you wanna use em.

What was wrong with it? Because I was looking at it but it seems as though xfx didn't make a tahiti LE version

Mine was artifacting so its currently in the RMA process. There will never be 100% working batches of components so i'm not too bothered about XFX quality its been good to me so far.

XFX don't "officially" make a Tahiti LE version, they're making that one as a limited time one, probably to sell all their binned 79xx series chips and make profit on those. Only difference i see between the XFX LE and the VTX3D, Sapphire, PowerColor ones is that XFX use 5000Mhz memory and the others use 6000Mhz. As for the performance impact, i dunno.

I'm just lucky none of my parts is defective as quite a high percentage of pc parts arrive defective so as I see it your lucky to get all parts of a computer working first time around
