i know that with that video card i mean itll do league at 60+ but there isnt a kit that could roll with what i have for $200 usd?

The issue is that you can do it by buying awful parts but the card will operate faster than the processor and that will slow graphic performance down. Honestly, see how much you can ebay that GPU for im sure its worth a lot, and you'll never use 1000w PSU on a normal rig.

there listing as 270-350 usd ahahah, but if i sell that ill have around 450-500 budget , would i need to sell te power ssupply too? or is there a good setup for that price

I bet if you listed both with a 0.99 auction start price for like 10 days or so, the price would soar. I sold my GPU last week like that and it sold for ten less than the brand new price haha.

so what im going to try to do is list the graphics card 7-10 day auction starting at $200 or buy it now for $299, and for the power supply ill do the same but prices like auction $50, and bbuy it now 125. , or if those sound to high or low juss give me a suggstion cause if i sold both of thouse my budget would be likee, 500 usd

I think you can set whatever price you like and cancel the auction up to a day before the end. i'd do the old 0.99 start price with no buy it now, usually gets free insertion and gets peoples attention.
