I've been stuck at rookie1 for a long time and I'm not sure how to get out I play a lot of black top and my record is 61-127 does that have anything to do with it?

Your record is the reason why just try to stop lagging out of games and quitting games cause give you losses. To level up you have to win a lot of blacktop games with a higher grade than B-

My record gets worse each day now it's 79-163 and I'm getting at least a B each game lol I'm going to be stuck cause I always play with ball hogs but thanks for responding

Don't even worry about it. The ranks are glitched. All my friends and i have like 200-30 records and ours are still like rookie and pro.
