Yes, the PSU has one 6 pin and one 6+2pin (8pin) connector for the grrahics card. It should also comfortably be enough to accompany everything in your system including the graphics card.
Although, that model is considered older, and there are far better power supplies you could go with:

$400 can get you a 7970 or a 770 at the moment and I'd put my money toward the latter. It's a newer card and it pulls less power, which is pretty important because you can overclock a 7970 to stress a 550w unit beyond what you'd be comfortable with.
