My mate was deranked to level 1 and desperately needs all perks and weapons, if anybody can get him all the stuff we have a 1200 MSP code to give you. You must give him the perks and challenges first, not being scammed by someone that can't even do it..

you shouldn't have to pay for it you should be able get it for free

All the lobbies he gets into seem to derank or have some weird effect like all perks locked, not being able to enter games etc etc...
