I have some money I want to spend on an Android Tablet, but don't know which one to buy.
I want one that is able to play games well and watch netflix. And it must have play store.

My friend recommended the Nextbook 8" Premium JellyBean.

Well considering you didn't give us what your budget was I'm assuming the cheaper the better! But I'm gonna recommend the Nexus 7!
Its got good specs, pretty good camera, good 7 inch screen and runs android 4.2.2 with the starting prices only at $199! That would be my choice
