(sigh) No, lobbies aren't patched. A person with a JTAGed xbox can run any patch, meaning it's really quite hard for IW to get rid of them. What IW HAVE patched however, is the ability to migrate host on the xp lobbies. ONLY people with JTAG xBox's will be able to host (but I do think this guy is a scammer, yes)
