I don't think you could get the dlc back. Even if you managed to get the account back it still wouldn't let you get the dlc.

You don't need to download any DLC for it. It will still work. Unless you have things that are similar to BF3 premium or BO2 season passes, those no longer work. You can't redownload. Also, it doesnt matter MS would have taken the account off your console anyway without you knowing. That's what they did to me when I was banned.

Its patched now but before you could. It sucks dude that's its patched on my banned account I have so much games and dlc.

if you have a backup of your account on your pc you might be able to get it back. you can also do a partial download of the account from the dash then on the pc with what ever tool you like rehash and sign it on the pc to fix the corruption and then try to figure away of using it on live to be able to get the DLC back.

Pretty sure anything you downloaded on that account you CANNOT get back sorry :/
