As long as I am quiet, I stay on until 2AM, as long as I have no sixth form the next night.
Sleep is important...

I don't see a problem with it if its at night and theres nothing else to do.
But i really don't have that problem anymore.
as long as i work my parents leave me alone.

My parents tell me that I have to go to bed at 11pm on weekdays and 12 pm weekends.
When it is 11pm or 12pm, they unhook the router.
What is the point of that?
My dad HATES when I play X-Box and sit on my computer. He says that there is more to life than a video game, and I just feel like telling him to efff off.

My parents stopped caring now, as long as I am quite. To be honest though, I regret it a lot. When you stay up until 4AM, you wake up around noon. This means that about half of your day is gone, and I go to the gym everyday around 2 in the afternoon. I also don't feel too good when waking up, because my sleep schedule is all over the place.
I personally know you, and I believe that your are old enough to make this decision for yourself. It would not hurt to take some advice from your parents though.

My parents used to be pissy, but I'm 18 now and I work fulltime. So I come home and either play for 30 minutes, go out and come home at 12, play until 1 or play from 8 or so until 12.
They still get angry, but I do everything I supposed to and if I have down time, I'll play Xbox.
Some parents are different though.
