I know a guy who used to do this and put their pictures in a different forum other than here. It was crazy, definitely google how to remove a rat or listen to the wise members here, I know there's many people who are experts about this stuff here.

I believe r00t is really into computers, he might be able to help you out

If you have teamviewer I can help you out if you have a RAT.
However, I would suggest backing up and re-installing windows and getting Nod32 and Malwarebytes as an antivirus solution

Definitely a RAT, i shouldn't have to explain what a RAT is since others have but here are some quick de-stalkers until you can find a windows disk to restore your computer:

1.Use tape to cover the lens of your computer
2. Download AVG Anit-Virus software (rumored and in some cases proven to delete RAT's)
3. Delete anything that has personal info such as address or bank acc/ credit cards (sorry if this suggestion is iffy but in the long run the person that ratted you won't be able to steal money to :/ )
4. don't use your computer as often because he can only take full on control of it while it is powered

that is all i know to help sorry this happened to you and i hope you can get it repaired soon
