Yes you can downgrade iPhone 4 to 6.1.2 by using sn0wbreeze and make sure tou have tinyumbrella and have shsh blobs for that firmwire that youre phone used to go back. but look it up on youtube you can do it. and also make sure you have 5.1.1 blobs to downgrade to that to and also apple doesnt own 6.1 6.1.2 or 6.0.1 anymore so make sure you can find a way to get what firmwire you want to use to downgrade just look them all up.[/quote]

Right. Lets get a few things straight. You can only downgrade if the phone has already been on that firmware. You CANNOT use anyone elses blobs and they are unique to your device. Also apple still owns the firmware they just dont 'sign' it anymore ergo they dont give the 'go ahead' to downgrade.

OP: there will most probably not be a way to untether 6.1.3. The evaders have come out and said they are not actively finding a way to make an untethered jailbreak. So at the moment it is just a semi-untethered jailbreak. Dont get me wrong. I you can downgrade using snowbreeze. Go for it. But if you are stuck on 6.1.3 like i am. Use redsnow to jailbreak it.

True thats very true and the evad3rs are also saying that they have something really big for when iOS 7 comes out not just a jailbreak but something bigger.
