To be honest i dont see why people are paying so much attention to this rumour... I mean seriously the amount of consoles sold, the sheer number of players, and the amount of unuseful stuff they would have to shift through..... really??? Come on this one is up their with all the hidden alien files and stuff ...

Did you even read the article!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? It disproves all the tin foil hat people. It disproves the rumors that the Kinect is spying on you.

If they can spy on you by going through your phone, Skype, and emails, there is no way that a console that has a mandatory camera and uses Skype itself is safe. They are breaking the Constitution as it is by looking through your phone, Skype and emails. Do you really think that this being a console changes anything? My computer never leaves the house either, so my emails and Skype should be safe with the logic that the article has. They are not safe though. It's a problem. Prism really needs to be shut down.
