So recently I've realized that my current PC is extremely loud and make my room boil. I think its time for an upgrade but I really don't know what parts to buy and stuff. I have a budget of about 400 and I want a PC that's quiet and doesn't make my room boil by expelling tons of heat. I've already got a graphics card that I can reuse (Nvidia Geforce GTX 650 Ti if it makes a difference) and a monitor and stuff so all I need is the actual computer parts. I simply want a fast computer that can do a bit of gaming (with my graphics card I can already max out quite a few games). I can go a bit over 400 and if you can fit an SSD in the build that would be great
Thanks in advance to anyone who helps!

Sorry, 400 GBP and the GPU, monitor, mouse, keyboard and wireless card I have already. I'm willing to go up to 550 GBP max

You mentioned that you already have a PC. What are its specs?

It's a Dell precision 690 workstation that I upgraded to 12 gb ram (DDR1 so it's useless now though) and I upgraded the graphics card. I kinda just wanna get rid of it as I can probably get a decent price for it due to it being a workstation PC and build my own custom one

I'm not really concerned about aesthetics and the only games I really want to run are League of legends and Call of duty but I also want to be capable of playing other more demanding games. As long as it's fast and quiet then I'll be happy.

I included a high-end cooler as well.

I can easily increase my budget to 550 GBP. What would be the best build I can get for that price again without the GPU and stuff

I'd say this: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Assuming you don't want to spend much on the case.
