They are both pretty evenly matched, I would pick the 7970 out of the two though.Unless you plan on playing loads of games with physix.
In the uk the 7970 is a fair bit cheaper than the 680 making it an easy choice.Weird that it's more expensive over there.

The 7970 is the better graphics card out of the two.

However, out of the two, the 680 has the quieter and better cooler.

I would go with the GTX 770 over both them cards, but if I were to choose one I would go with the 7970.

The GTX 680 is going to be better at some things than the 7970, but then again, the same goes for vice versa. I'd go with the 7970 personally.

GTX 770 it's a 680 but jacked up. bought one last week and it kicks ass.

as much as a 7970 and cheaper, but better, than a 680

The 770 is evenly matched with the 7970 GE but has lower power consumption and it's a newer card.
