New Piledriver FX9xxx are out if you meant those, but they are worthless IMO and expensive.

Steamroller FX chips are expected later this year or early next year for us lot.

The 9xxx cpus will not be released to OEM for another year or so. They are only authorized for retail sales in prebuilt computers.

I think i heard Steamroller being released for OEM Manufacturers first then retail channels after. But the Piledriver ones are out in the UK now.

Not worth their price. For a similar price, you can get an intel equivalent that will outperform it.

Steamroller will work with AM3+ as confirmed by AMD. I'd get a decent motherboard now, and something like a Fx6300.
