I am looking for a build that is good for gaming, ARMA 2, League full graphics, and just good Graphics and lots of RAM.

I am looking to spend 1,500 USD

shipped to canada, I will be buying a monitor after.

If you have any suggestions for both CPU and monitor please let me know!
