Are JTAGS online as of July 18 2013 and does a JTAG completely restrict your online access because I will get mad if I can't play like call of duty bo2 online because of a JTAG please help

You can Play Online with JTAG / RGH.. But you need
XBOX LIVE Stealth.

I think they are all the same price or around the same price. Stealth is just the most popular you can not go online for free sadly.

There is actually an emulated version of XBLS which is availble for free, however this does not have the same quality as XBLS and will have a higher chance of getting you banned. (Besides, the E-XBLS servers are down often)

I heard it is the exact same as the normal XBLS.
