is there anyway i can win a paypal charge back if i sold coins on ebay i have recorded proof of them being sent and messages from him?

I think it depends on what type of payment you did. If you paid for it as goods, yes. If you paid for it as a gift, maybe not

its ingame content paypal & ebay dont allow this on the terms
u will be banned from paypal & ebay.

You have to 'dispute' it on PayPal, this will open a claim up against and allow you to put all your details in etc if they don't reply you get it back, but with proof the odds are on your side
