Budget & Currency: $700 - 800 max CAD
Peripherals & Monitor: 22 or 24 monitor with hdmi and fast response time (good for xbox as well)
Games: (want to run highend games like bf4 on high with ease)
Software: none required
Aesthetics: not sure. any decent casing will work
Rebates/Promos: will take any promos or rebates ?
Details: looking for a solid computer to run highend games and some programs.
When: looking to finish build by the summer

I would suggest waiting until the end of the summer to see if AMD can pull their fingers out of their backside and bring out their latest generation of cards instead of bringing out pointless CPUs that under-perform.
The 7970 is still a very good card compared to the 770 even though the 770 is the newer card. Hopefully they produce something half decent.
That's what I suggest, other people might have different views.
