on ps3 when i copy an emblem, sometimes it applys to playercard but doesnt save in my emblem slot, just shows an empty emblem with my rank(default) so i cant change the emblems i got. any fix?

Yes, look at all the layers and find the emblem that you haven't unlocked yet. Once you unlock that one, it will save it normally.
